ABOUT US

As we're kind of addicted to Western Swing, Rhythm'n Blues, Rockabilly, Rock'n'Roll and Country, our first choice were songs by Hank Williams, Carl Perkins, Ricky Nelson, Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry.

Later we decided to pick up a little more unusally songs to flavour the programme. Lay down Sally, Drive my car, Aint no sunshine, On the cover of the Rolling Stone, Crazy little thing called love, Stray cat strut, Faith, Hit me baby, one more time, I'm on fire gives a more contemporary touch. There seem to be no rule for which songs we can play. Rearranged and added a little swing, the most songs work out.

The newest idea turned out to be an ode to the Beatles. Help, I saw her standing there, Get back & George Harrison's "While my guitar gently weeps" seems to make everybody wanna sing along...!
